1. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on our website are made-to-order, meaning they are custom-produced after you place your order. Once production begins, we cannot cancel, modify, or accept returns for change of mind, as the product has been specifically created for you.

2. No Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size or color selection by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings or printing processes
  • Products that do not match your expectations if they match the product description

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product details, size, frame color, and shipping address.

3. Eligible Refunds and Replacements

We will provide a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. Examples include:

  • Broken or cracked frames
  • Torn or damaged prints
  • Significant printing errors or quality issues
  • Products damaged during shipping

Wrong Product Shipped

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong design, size, or color), we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if tracking shows the package is lost, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund if the package cannot be located.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  3. Include clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product (including packaging if damaged during shipping)

  • Replacement production and shipping times follow our standard timeframes (2-7 business days production + shipping time)

7. Multiple Shipments

If you ordered multiple items that shipped separately and only one item has an issue, the refund or replacement will apply only to the affected item. Other items in your order are not eligible for return unless they also meet our refund criteria.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only if:

  • The order has not yet been sent to production (typically within 24 hours of placing the order)
  • You contact us immediately with your cancellation request

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled as the product is being custom-made for you.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for reshipping costs.

10. Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive. This includes repeated claims of missing or damaged items without evidence.

11. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund for minor issues that do not warrant a full replacement, such as:

  • Small cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the overall quality
  • Slight color variations within acceptable printing standards

Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
