Processing Time

All of our products are made-to-order, which means each piece is specially created just for you after you place your order. This ensures the highest quality and allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and customization options.

  • Shipping time: Varies by location and shipping method selected

Multiple Shipments

Important: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is because our products are produced at different fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest possible delivery to you.

Each item will ship as soon as it's ready, so you don't have to wait for your entire order to be completed before receiving your first piece. You'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment via email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. If your order contains multiple items that ship separately, you'll see the shipping cost for each shipment during checkout.
